Born in 1959 on a small ranch called El Jaguey Del Serrano in Guanajuato, Mexico. Yolanda Gonzalez was the youngest of 7 children. As a young girl,  Yoli had to learn to cook to help her struggling family. As she got older and started a family of her own, cooking turned into her greatest passion. Yoli had always dreamed of opening a restaurant of her very own featuring her unique recipes. She loves to cook for her family, friends, and now is eager to cook for all of you!
